<p>As a consumer after ordering a minimum quantity of cement and other building accessories upon arrival at the site the staff were of such caring nature including the telephonic conversations with the consultant the overall firsthand experience was really cemented. It really doesn't stop there as I requested assistance with building information and builders the consultant who assisted me took her time out and even called the relevant people and informed them that I would be calling them for assistance. The blessings of this company has overshadowed them to the extent I have had concerns with my builders whom were currently building and were encountering abit of difficulty a product of theirs namely 9" brick force which I then contacted the company and was given direct assistance from the owner who informed me that generally builders always request the softer material of the product which not only allows them to work faster but is of inferior quality unlike what I was offered by the company. The fact that I'm pointing out is that the company not only advised that I change my builders but that they sent out someone from building management to come out on my site and assist my builders practically on the SABS approved product.</p> <p>To my dismay on Friday morning the 15th July 2016 a gentleman from the building management team called on my cell as he was outside my premises.</p> <p>Not only did he assist with practically showing the building guys of their product but also offered advice and did further calculations, all this was at no further additional cost whatsoever. An amazing experience with a firsthand company in the building industry with such high performance equality professionalism and ecstatic genuine service. I must admit that in this type of industry such service would only be more blessed in the eyes of the almighty.</p> <p>Many thanks a very deserved highly appreciated customer </p>
