Complaint of rainbow plumbing

Horrible service, very bad customer experience, went to rainbow plumbing to get a quote for a huge order for our supply company to be shipped across the border, got a quote on 24th feb for about R220000, we made 3different payments, 98000 cash deposit in their account, then other 2 transactions were thru EFT, these pathetic people told us to wait for 7working days for transactions to be cleared yet we told them that we opt for immediate clearance and paid bank charge extra for that, their manager was so rude and shout us as if we begging yet we buying,. It was horrible and waiting for 5days instead, they won't see us again in their plumbing shop
