Poor Service

<p>I called Rainbow Parties twice on the 1st of September trying to order balloons and party packs for my daughters 6th Birthday and on both instances I was told I would be called back in five minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is the 5th of Sept today and I am still waiting. Well done Rainbow Parties for such lovely services.</p>
