poor decor service

I contacted Rainbow parties Regarding kids decor of my one year old birthday parties I really like thier work judging by pictures on thier website. I got a quotation and agreement terms we agreed and I payed 10% deposit but But the service I received poor first they were not on time 2 hours late, no cupcakes. No extra 10 boxes of party packs, no marshmallows sosaties. The gazebo, balloons they were too dirty I have pictures to proof party packs she used were not up to standard I saw the R5 from ABC store, I think they misleading customer from thier webpage I didn't mind paying for the best but she brought poor quality and dirty staff and after she expects me to pay full amount R 3400 after the disappointment she made, I'm not happy at all Rainbow parties
