Rainbow Lodgistics worst transport company E V E R !!!

We had a very bad experience with Raibow Lodgistics (Transport & Lodgistics) company from Pretoria. We booked our move with them for 29th April 2019. The booking was confirmed for 8:30 and the deposit paid into their account. They had to pick up some of our stuff at the first address (residential), and from there go to the storage facility where they had to pick up more stuff. We were all packed and ready for the move. They did not arrive on time. We phoned them at least 3 times and eventually had to send them an email enquiring about their whereabouts? After some time they responded (via email) to say they were held up at their first collection address in Benoni. We stay in Mondeor (Jhb South)... They said they will see us at 11:00... already 2:30 hrs LATER! By 12:00 AGAIN ... we were unable to get hold of them. They were not answering their phones. We left a few voice messages to PLEASE CONTACT us. NO ONE DID. Just after 13:00 we received another mail to say they were still in Benoni and will call us when they leave there but will most probably be at our place by 15:00. They NEVER phoned us before they left Benoni. At about 14:30 we received another mail saying they will be at our house within the next 30min. They arrived at 15:00 MUCH later than expected and STILL NO PROPER COMMUNICATION... AND NO EXCUSE. They loaded the stuff at the house. We left for the storage facility with them following us... but not before ALL 5 movers told us they are unaware that they should go to a storage facility to pick up MORE stuff. On our way we stopped at a garage for them to fill up the truck. We bought them each something to eat and drink which they accepted and were very happy for. At the storage facility... they were unable to load all our stuff because they said there was not enough space left in the truck... there wasn't enough space because they loaded the truck all wrong... because they were unaware that they will have to make another stop and load even MORE stuff. We eventually left the storage facility just befor 17:00... with only half our stuff. At the new house they started offloading but we soon realised something was up... when we asked them they started moaning and said it's getting late and they all wanted R200 extra because they now had to climb stairs. We were shocked! Surely there fee was covered in the quote we received??? For the first time... we then received a WhatsApp message from this company "pay the movers each R200 because they have to climb stairs ". WHAT???? Not please can you... would you mind .... NOTHING!!! We phoned the company AGAIN.... some person answered.... and apparently he is the owner or the boss or something. We tried to explain our predicaments and that we don't have cash on us and that these men don't want to finish the job. The guy on the other end was very adamant and rude. He insisted we pay his men R1000 cash immediately before they will continue working. We eventually agreed to pay them R1000 for climbing stairs... but first we had to go draw the money. The men then sat arround while my partner went to draw the cash. After they received their money... they hang arround... not wanting to leave... because they want the balance payment. We phoned the owner again... because by this time we started to feel intimidated by the whole fiasco. Unfortunately, I lost my co with this so called owner and sweared whilst trying to explain our frustrating experience. He jelled at me! Said they WERE NOT LATE! THE QUITE THEY HAVE GIVEN US WAS CORRECT. (So must presume it is standard practice to be intimidated in your own house by movers requesting MORE money ... AND IN CASH). When it suits them ??? This "owner" DID NOT TAKE responsibility for his POOR service. We have not yet paid the balace. Very-very disappointed as we now have to organize for transport again as half our stuff is still sitting in storage.
