Very bad experience

<p>I won't suggest choosing this hotel. It might be a 5 star hotel 20 years ago, but now I think it is only a 2-3 stars. Facility is old, service is poor and restaurant is not clean. Why not spend more, or less so that you won't get disappointed by the so-called 5 star 20 years ago.</p> <p>Room: OLD - even the desk in my room is broken and Wi-Fi is very slow</p> <p>Service: POOR - I checked out one day earlier, so I asked for refund. So far, one month past, and I still haven't got the money. They rep**** super slow. I heard from them 2 weeks after I sent them the email and every time they just apologized, but nothing really happened.</p> <p>Food: Not tasty and dirty - I ordered burger, and it tasted so bad and while I was paying, there was a ****roach scrawling on my table and the waitress acted like nothing happened.</p>
