Disgusting customer service ever
<p>I went to these people for the first time because i was referred by someone who has used them before and recommended them to me. i did the first booking on June 3 2017 and i was carrying cash with me to secure the equipment i was hiring but they said they dont take cash i have to deposit at the bank, and i must bring proof of residence when im coming to pick up the equipment. Before going to the bank and making q payment i decided to add some things extra to what to i had requested i called rainbow on Friday 9 June 2017 if i can add anything extra on top what ive requsted they asked for my quotation number and i gave it to them, they said its fine to add so i did. and they promised to send me a revised quote with a new amout that i must go and pay at the bank. i wait and wait on Friday i did not get it. then i called on saturday morning. They sent it to me and requested for me to sign and send back to them and i did. This morning i made a payment bacause banks close early on saturday since i signed to confirm. i received an that they couldnt open then attachment i sent on saturday so i went to them directly. Only to find that i was going get the disappointment of my life. The things i had paid for are no longer available. plates, s****s, jugs etc. my heart was bronken inton pieces and my function is in 2 days time. Now im being told that i should have confirmed with a lights, water, or telkom bill on my name, to my suprise this was never communicated to me. and they tell me that even though i have made a payment it doesnt secure the booking without water, lights or telkom bill on my name. worse part is im residing with parents i dont have any of these on my name. i do receive letters on my name. This caused such an inconvenience for me and my family these people showed me that they dont care about customers. such things should me made clear when you come for the first time. but they seem to thing we are sangomas to predict how they work. i am really ****ed to highest level. they must be think im driving to them wasting my time and money because im bored.... </p>
