********l Listing on Experian

<p>I have a loan with Rainbow Finance for stuff I bought at House and Home. My debit order did not go off in December in january due to the incorrect dates they wanted to debit my account. From February the dates was correct and the debit order went off as normal. I made arrangements to pay the amounts that did not go off. First payment was done by EFT on 1 March 2016. To get the shock of my life that they made a default listing on my name at experian. When contacting them they just said sorry this will stay on your name for 2 YEARS!!!!! I spoke to Ayanda and Nicolette. The account is up to date arrangements was made and kept and I did not receive a 20 day notice before they listed me. I will never use them again and will never buy from House and Home again. Bad service and not at all willing to help. I also requested a statement and the letter they apparently send me. I am still waiting!!!! They also can't give proper statements only mini statement...... Really????? So if I request a statement how long must I wait........ also 2 years!!!! Bad Bad Bad service </p>
