Unfair listing

I have had an account with OK Furniture from August 2016 and have always kept up with my repayments. In January i Could not pay and Rainbow finance decided to hand over my account to legal and listed me. i have made several calls to them to update the listing but they have not up to now. this has negatively affected me since I can't apply for credit and i want to buy a house.
