UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM RAINBOW FINANCE

I decided to settle my account wich I opened with House and Home back in 2012.I called Rainbow finance on the 23rd March 2015 for a settlement quote and this was given to me (R1789.19).I then settled this amount on the 24th march and was told that the deduction for march will be stopped as the account was paid in full.A deduction of R1124.15 was however made on my account a few days later !I then called Rainbow Finance and asked about this and I was told that a refund of R1124.15 will be made.11 days later I am still waiting for my refund.
