Refund

What i bad service from Rainbow. I bought furniture from House and Home with Rainbow Finance assistance, i was happy to be approved for finance and i told myself in order to be in the good books, i will pay more than my installment amount and close my account quicker so that i can get financial assistance again in future. I manage to pay off my account quicker as i expected, and only to find out i overpaid my account and eligible for refund.

I went to the shop for my refund and the shop called Rainbow Finance for confirmation and all that procedures, After the call i was informed i wont get the whole amount of my refund because i will be charged for Life Insurance and Interest on my closed account. I was confused and surprise, i asked why, the only answer i got is "THAT IS WHAT THE SYSTEM SAY"

After the service i got from Rainbow i don't want to work with them anymore, and i wont encourage anyone to apply for finance from them either. They are ****** and just want to milk you money, they charge you even for somethings they couldn't even understand.

All i learned from this experience is that Rainbow employees don't understand their system
