Rainbow finance - pathetic service

I purchased a washing machine from O K furniture mid last month on credit which was financed by rainbow finance. Today at 14.39 I received a missed call as I am not allowed to answer my phone at work. I returned the call at 15.37 on my tea break and upon hearing it's a finance company I dropped the call as I didn't apply for any finance lately. Not realising that my phone dialed the number again accidentally. I then received a call at 15.41 by a very rude lady asking me why do I keep calling and cutting the call when I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. I then refused any assistance from her as she was very disrespectful. She then goes on to contacting my references advising them that I should call back.FYI my installment is not even due until the end of this month.y references must be hinging I have debt collectors looking for me which is a complete misrepresentation of who ad what I am. I have had excellent service from Anele at OK furniture in Margate but this lady from Rainow finance was beyond rude. I was offered double the credit value at russells but I still chose OK furniture. I will pay up my loan in full this month but I will never finance anything from Rainbow insurance again! I refuse to put up with such disrespect after they have completed the contract with me. I will also be reporting this to the ombudsman for further investigation.
