Rainbow finance, never again

I bought goods from house and home online. Finance through rainbow finance. My firtst installment was apparently suppose to be debited from my account the 1st of Feb. I received an email statement saying that i owe R0 for this month. The following day i received an sms that a debit order will be deducted the 1st of feb. I was confused. Do i have to pay or not. I phoned rainbow finance to find out whats going on. They said no it will be debited in the 1st of feb. Fine, i had enough money in my account that all my debit orders can be deducted. House and home (rainbow finance, no debit order was deducted. They phoned me that i apparently cancelled the debit order. I have to pay cash. I went online, my bank account. Only debit order that was stopped was house and home in april 2015, i settled my previous account with them and a stop debit order was created. Thats it! I will never do business with house and home or rainbow finance again. The goods i bought now, the tv had very very poor quality, i could not return it. The kettle i bought had a faulty lid, the fridge is very noisy, the dishwasher does not clean dishes properly. Very bad choice i made!!
