POOR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE... RAINBOW FINANCE

We made an application on the 4th Jan 2023, they then sent me a sms to say that I had been pre-approved, then on the 5th Jan 2023 I was phoned by Rainbow Finance to confirm my birthdate which I duly did & I was then informed that the process will be finalised by today & once again I got the run around with no feed back, I tried to phone Rainbow Finance ± 9 times but got no joy at all, I eventually cancelled everything. I personally would most definitely NOT recommend Rainbow Finance to anyone ever, they are not at all professional. Totally unacceptable & if I could rate them I would rate them with a -(minus) 10
