Paid up Letter

<p>Good day All,</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Nompumelelo ..today I have paid up my House and Home account.</p> <p>When I have requested for a paid up letter ( for my reference) the Head Office agent ( Account department) said the company does not issue out paid up letters at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even at this Branch in Port Elizabeth they were clueless on what I was asking for, I was given a statement. I have made means to pay my account then why can't I get My paid up letter?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p>
