Making Me pay amount that I was not aware of

I bought furniture from House & Home Kolonade, everything went well at first I went through the contract again and saw that it showed my first deduction will be the 1st November 2015, I called the branch and spoke with the lady who did the sale and she confirmed that its correct.... well no problem at all... this purchase was made in September... near the end of September I received a call from Rainbow Finance \please make a cash payment in store as House and Home do not inform their customers"I called the store again to confirm and the same sales lady said that's not true how can your contract state first installment date 1st Novemeber and then over a phone call someone tells you to make a cash payment that is not in you contract. I then thought okay that's true if it's not on the contract and I have paid a deposit in store on the date that I've signed the contract then there is no way they can expect me to make an alternative payment. . . Well I guessed wrong Rainbow Finance black listed me for that cash payment. After a huge fight I paid the amount but still they don't want to remove my name from ITC... im waiting for transunion to call me as I have reported it there as well."""
