listing on ITC as handed over

Rainbow finances listed my account on ITC as Handed over and account was in arrears which means it should have an effect on my payment profile . but I am told the account is up to date they cannot amend the status on ITC. if my account reflect on ITC as handed over I must be paying the account via the attorneys which this is not the case . I believe the Rainbow finances is playing dirty 1st I was not even notified that account will be handed over, I need this to be rectified as I am still paying the account off . and the Lady by the name of Jenny was rude . I need some one higher to contact me and rectify and update my listing on itc .
