ITC not cleared from Rainbow finance

I have asked and phoned and e-mailed repeatdely to rainbow finance to cear this account at ITC and to close it but still it shows on my report at ITC. This was my last e-mail to them that i send 13/08/2018 Good day I have asked on e-mail and phoned in a couple of times about my account that is paid up. Why has it not been cleared at ITC yet. i still see the account on my ITC report after how many months now since it has been paid up. I have asked repeatedly to close this account and clear it at ITC and still nothing has been done about it. I have also asked that an e-mail must be send to me that states this account is paid up and closed and cleared at ITC. My account number is 9 ********** 78 01 and ID number is
