Inconsiderate and *********** - Rainbow Finance

Very Frustrating,

I have been pleaded weekly for OK Furniture (Rainbow Finance) to please update my Credit Bereau as the last update that was done by Rainbow Finance was in April 2020 even though the account has been brought up to date and payments being made.

Its really not a difficult thing that I am asking for?

I spoke to a lady by the name of Requel Adloph (Team-Leader) however she has not given me any sort of assistance but keeps telling me they have update, All my other creditors are updating my Credit Report fine accept them. This is impacting my scoring a great deal. I don't even know which escalation process to follow anymore.

They are very inconsiderate and *********** however when the account is owing they seem to be on the ball.
