After requesting a settlement, it was sent within 24 hours (ABSA took 6 days). It was grossly incorrect which was queried (ABSA going on fourth week). This was instantly rectified and a correct figure given fifteen minutes after (still going back and forward with ABSA's false figures). This amount was settled and a Paid up letter issued within an hour of request. Sterling service!!!
