Do NOT even think about opening an account with these people! The service I received from Rainbow finance house and home was an absolute nightmare!

Despite paying off my account in December 2023, I still have not received my paid up letter! I have wasted hours calling and emailing these *********** individuals, only to be sent on a wild goose chase. And to top it off, house and home staff had the audacity to tell me to deal with the collectors myself. Someone from Rainbow finance House and Home better get their act together and resolve this issue immediately. I DEMAND my paid up letter!
