DETAILS OF ACCOUNT THAT WAS SETTLED

<p>I had a account with Hyperama Parklands. Account was in advance with +- R900. The last instalment went off. The full instalment of R1330 went off. According to them the account is now settled. I want to know what happened to the advance amount. I was told by Celeste that that amount went for interest charges? Were did the full installment then go?</p> <p>If somebody without an attitude can please explain to me?</p> <p>I really did not enjoy the service that I got from them especially from Celeste. I phoned in on Saturday and was told that I can expect a call before 10. That never happened. I had to enquire again and still I don't know what happened to the advance amount.</p> <p>I had a couple of accounts with them but surely will not consider them in the future.</p>
