My application nr *** has reference. really do we want to do business? I've never been so annoyed in my life talking to a manger at house and home fleurdal regarding my account application were the salesman advised me that my company registration document id in Portuguese and he does not know? Asking the manager which he called just rep**** and said well we are to busy to translate the said document.

Well seems to me business is very good treating a potential customer this way. Im really worried about the poor salesman because if this is the attitude of his said manager how many potential is lost due to this manager attitude.

Sorry i am capable to translate the said document to English via google translate that could atmoust take me 2 minutes, but really
