Agent rude and and told me she was not hired by me

I received a phone call from one of the agents working for Rainbow finance regarding my grand mothers accounts at OK Furnitures. I explained to her to that i have taken the initiative to pay these as my grand mother was in hospital but she didnt want to listen and kept on being rude. She told me the ccount was in arreas and i explained that i knew of one account and only last month it was brought to my attention that there are two accounts.<br> <br> I am not compelled to be paying these but i am doing it because it is the right thing to do on her behalf, but it seems Rainbow staff doesnt see the bigger picture. I explained to her that it wont help to refer the account to Legal because the account holder is over 65years old and in hospital and i am willing to pay the accounts, evidence of that was payment made yesterday. <br> <br> This Zinhle lady told me she was doing what her job description dictates and was not hired by me then she hang up the phone. I am really dissapointed by this kind of behaviour and will definately be escalating this further as i was not treated fairly and with respect despite my efforts to ensure RAINBOW FINANCE GET THEIR MONEY.
