Total non performance

Booked my car on line into parking with Rainbow at O R Tambo for delivery at 06h30 on 21 March. Received email confirmation. Arrived at 06h20. No-one there. Waited till 06h40. Still no-one. Chose another very helpful supplier of the service. Never heard from Rainbow
