I ordered a wifi from RAIN Campany from last week I paid for my wifi contract and agreed that I will pay a recurring payment from 25 September for my monthly services each and every month they said it will be delivered in 3 days I waited for my delivery

I ordered a wifi from RAIN Campany from last week I paid for my wifi contract and agreed that I will pay a recurring payment from 25 September for my monthly services each and every month they said it will be delivered in 3 days I waited for my delivery until now I received a call from a company called CCD COURIERS wanted me to confirm my delivery address I confirmed all the details but even now no order received.if I phoned this delivery company the said I must call RAIN I always phone RAIN but I only find out there is no one who help me instead of helping me they demand me to speak ENGLISH if I said "give me some one who speaks my Language they just say drop the phone they will call you soon but only to find out there's no one who gonna call you.i feel like I am a stupid person now they robed me.i need my WIFI as soon as possible or else they must bring back my money.
