HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First of all, we did NOT receive the treatment that we booked for and PAID for! We arrived there for a couples massage and there was only ONE the****** despite making it clear that it would be for a COUPLE!

We had to awkwardly lay there on our cellular devices while my partner got his massage for 60 minutes and he had to do the same. The the****** then had the nerve to tell us how we had received a massage that was far more valuable than the massage that we had booked. She then told us that she was a medical professional and that we got value for our money!

They did not even bother put any spa music on or give us robes for the treatment! The the****** said she was not told about any of it but went ahead and wrote down in the diary that we paid for the treatment we booked but failed to write that we DID NOT receive that treatment.

I'm highly disappointed in this ENTIRE experience and even more disappointed in the fact that we were asked to email the office afterwards which my partner did but NOTHING TO DATE has been done, this all happened on the 19th of APRIL! We were never contacted or emailed or even compensated for THEIR mess!

My advice, don't even bother booking with them! Take your money and time elsewhere.
