Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Debit by Bigbag Cape Town

Hello, I am writing to formally complain about an unauthorized debit from my account. Rain, using Bigbag Cape Town, withdrew R450 from my account after I had closed my online transactions. When I contacted Bigbag Cape Town, they confirmed that this transaction was initiated by Rain, and I was informed that several other people have reported the same issue.

I previously sent them an email regarding this matter but received no response. When I texted them, they claimed my complaint was a lie and asked me to provide proof, yet they themselves have not provided any proof or explanation for the debit.
