Think twice before buying rain bird

I bough a wifi module for my sprinkler system and it simply does not connect. There is no support from rain bird. No emails are answered and the only one that was answered was from the US asking to phone a US number that I cannot dial. This may be a good product but the client service is atrocious and non existing. Why is there absolutely no info on the web why the module flashes red and blue?
