Unprofessional service

I went to open an account on Sunday and everything was done. On Wednesday there was still no communication from the store so I went again to check. Was assured that feedback will be given the following day. Today is Friday and I'm told that the address on the system is wrong. I requested to cancel my application and request a refund and I'm told that I should bring the documents I used for application in order to get my money back. Bad customer service and unprofessional. Never again
