yesterday people from railway furnishers came to our home and took back the washing machine that my late grandmother bought from them , when my sister told them the person that open the account with then pass away in June and before then she was sick that why she couldn't come make the arrangement with you guy they took away the machine any way what kind of store take the furnishers of people who has pass on , my sister even offer them R1000 as a payment , but refuse , I just what to know if people pass away then your company take back the furnishers and who is responsible to pay , because with other store that my grandmother had account with they have close the account without any payment or them taking back they stuff she bought from them , can you explain your polices
