Service is extremely bad

My mom ordered a Kitchen unit on the 13 Dec 2015. She was promised or told the delivery will be done in 7 days...she has not received anything. When i called i was told that her order has not allocated yet, when i phoned i was not even given an estimated date when to expect delivery. Your service is really bad and sucks, i will never recommend anyone to buy anything at Siyabuswa Branch, i just wanted my mom to cancel the order and go get it elsewhere.
