RUDE AND ***********

This is the 1st time and last time I buy from Rail way furnishers I bought a cupboard at Paledi *** Name of our sales lady is Johanna The cupboard had a factory fault I have sent pictures, when I called Johanna she advised me that she will send someone to come and fix it,no one has come and now I don't want them to fix I want a full refund as i paid cash or choose another cupboard that's what I said to her and she just rep**** oh well, I don't know because it has been signed delivered even when I tell the lady that they delivered at 11pm and if it was her would she have unwrapped and checked it at that time,I feel that she was rude and *********** and she does even meet the criteria of dealing with customers.
