REPOSSESSION
my mom bought a washing machine at railway ,and now she has passed away. They sent us a letter of demand addressed to my mom. I called them and they said one of us must continue with the account or they are going to repossess the goods.I need advice what can i do in a case like this?

We do not insist on customers purchasing death cover policies and since one was not purchased on this account, the balance remains payable. A smaller monthly instalment will be acceptable.
