REFUND

I'm struggling to get my refund back, I apply for credit at store was told to pay deposit of R 1000.00 , my application was not successful and was told to go to the store for refund of which I did on Saturday and they said my money will bein before 12pm same day still today I'm still waiting no SMS no phone call.

I'm so disappointed and I need the money ASAP and not happy with their service as they don't keep their promise.
