Railway furnitures bad quality

I purchased sofas on credit last year july and they gave me 12 months guarantee so i reported them 4 times and they have been replacing them but i wasn't happy with the quality i told them i want my money back they threatened to ruin my name so that i wont be able to open credit accounts So they took back the sofas and said i must take something else i took a fridge now they doubled the amount and the stuff was rude to me
