Railway furniture failed us

My mother is a pensioner she bought kitchen unit from railway furniture in 2020 still on warranty, the unit broke we informed them and they came to fix it in January now its broke where apparently they fixed it. Railway furniture now asked my mother to pay R500 for them to come and fix her unit while it's still on warranty and paying it on account.
