Railway furniture ****

1st week of December 2023 my mom bought a TV and music system from railway furniture Jubilee mall. They only delivered TV and told her that they don't have the music he choose at the warehouse they will deliver the music the following week. They delivered after 2 weeks of calling them non stop. They delivered a music that is not working, the music was brought back by the other customer for repairs and they gave the music to my mom. The music has different account number and repairs references on it. We called them several times asking them to come and collect it and deliver a new one, we even went to the branch numerous times but no one has an answer for us. Now they are busy calling her asking her pay for something that is not working.
