Railway Doesn't Update with Credit Bureaus

Railway Furnishers why are you not updating my account it was last updated in January and when I checked my report it's still saying in arrears ruining my credit score and I paid the arrears first week of February we are now heading end April why are you ruining my credit score and not updating my account regularly
