Lack of communication

I bought a built-in stove on credit, I paid a deposit of R5000 last month, I will pay again this month end, they keep sending me messages that I am behind with my payment of which I don't understand how as I am supposed to pay R380 I think every month. I haven't skipped a month yet they send me messages every week to pay my outstanding amount. My question is which one? Which amount?
