Insulated

My mom got a call from railway Furniture head office the consultant name was Winnie , the lady was soo rude she even insulated my mom and she did want to listen to what ever what my mom has to say all she wanted was a account payment, what's funny is my mom's account has never been in areas her account balance was R508 how can she call multiple times to remind her about her payment... She needs to respect elderly people and she also needs a proper training in customer services. We need a formal apology from rail way furniture because my mom was depressed because of this lady she unprofessional.
