I am really ****ed off

Bad customer service, the lady told me that it is compulsory to add funeral benefit and death benefit when opening an account, which I failed to understand. She also added items I didn't order, saying it is a package of what I'm purchasing, only to find on my agreement statement that I am charged extra. This was a horrible experience and i will never buy to their Phola Mall Store again😡
