Horrible service and product

Not even worth the 1 star.....Their slogan is the price you see is the you pay. They don't tell you about the emotional abuse you gonna experience once you take credit with them. firstly the product you gonna get will make you understand why the price you see is the price you pay...the customer care is horrible, tell me where in south Africa where you are expected to pay your account before the 30rd of the month?where do railway expect their client to get the money before pay day?

In short if you don't wanna ruin your credit score for poor quality products, where the client service center will make you feel like it is your fault you are experiencing the bad service. DONT GO FOR THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU GET, rather pay extra charges and have a peace of mind.
