Financial ******* from Railway Funitures

Last year around March I bought TV and Air Friyer from this Funisher store and Polokwane via credit, I still hate why I choose that strore. The total amount for the 2 items was R10500 which TV was R7000 and Air friyer was R3500. After approximately 3weeks TV was delivered by Jane Furse branch but Air Friyer was not delivered, when we ask Delivery guys said they don't have Items at their stores Polokwane people would deliver it, up until today the end of 2024 the item was never delivered, I tried to call Polokwane brach, The Head office of the company but nothing happen and item was never delivered, what is ****ing me off is that the amount I'm paying or have to pay every month is still including the air fryer that I never Got, the total amount of my credit at railway furniture is still R10500, they never reduced or minus the item that they failed to deliver. RAILWAY FURNITURE JUST KNOW THAT I WILL NEVER GIVE UP UNTIL JUSTICE HAS PREVAILED. I won't pay for something that I never received. ***
