Credit record update

My friend has an account with Railway Furnishers, and this is his story.

I opened an account with them March 2021, and I have been paying my account every month but they don't update on the credit beurau. Which is affecting my credit score and rating. I get paid last day of the month and they argue that I should pay the account before month end, of which it's impossible sometimes because of work reasons but I make sure that I pay them monthly. When I contacted them they told me that it's not them who are responsible for updating the credit profile.

It's the manager who called me after I have complained about my credit profile not being updated. I don't care who's responsibility it is for the updating of their clients credit profile but I want it updated. As it's my responsibility to make sure that I pay my account and I do that every month and they also confirm that. I'm trying to improve my life but I cannot because I can't get credit anywhere else because my account with them reflects as not being paid because they don't update it on credit beurau. I'm stuck now because of that and they don't want to take responsibility.
