Couches not in good condition

I bought couches at the stipulated shop in 2018 towards the end of the year and then realised that they are not in good condition. In the beginning of 2019 I started engaging with their manager at Bosman Pretoria branch for them to come and change them and kept on getting empty promises for a full year.

In 2020 on the 1st of March they sent a representative to come and take only one couch but because that was not part of the agreement I refuses to give it to them. Till today I'm still not getting proper services from the manager, every time he has excuses.
