my uncle bought 3pc couch so they delivered the 2 couch they ddnt deliver ottoman whn we go to the shop they say the couches are from Pretoria as they charged him transport from Pretoria to kwamhlanga whn we call head office they those couches are from the store can I get help regarding transport fee and the ottoman that hasn't delivered and those couches it seems like they whr burned
