Complaint

I bought a TV at one of their stores and just after i have paid it off TV started malfunctioning and this incident happens the second time . Now they want me to buy another and they offering me a discount instant of a solution to the current issue. Unfortunately with my first incident i wasnt aware of warranty and the benefits that came with the product. Therefore i never reported i bought a new one instant. Now that this has happened i realised I should visit the store and find out what needs to happen now and that is how i learned that my TV has a warranty therefore i should bring to store and i will be assisted. I have been a customer with the store for long and i bought more than one product with them and I dont have any issues with any other things except the TVs i bought seems to get faulty as soon as i finish paying it off. I just want a TV that i have paid for all this years with no fail and no excuses. On Monday thats when i received a call informing that i will not be assisted and thag i must buy a TV again. I have exploited by this shop as they see that its my second TV and now they can just take advantage.
