Bad service rendered

Since from last year december i have been complaining about the broken chest of drawer that i bought, they have been giving me run around when they have to fix it. I called their head office spoke to a guy by the name of Itu who promised that they will send me the brand new chest of drawer only to realize that even after 7 months they gave me a broken thing. Plaza manager by the name of Nokuthula promised that she will let me know when to fetch the door hocker so i can replace it by myself im still waiting even now. What hurt the most is they don't care about their customer. They are a business that rob people i don't even know who to report the matter to now.
