Bad service ever

You know it's very hard to understand this store, when you people want us to pay account you call non stop but now that we have queries no one is interested, Ive been sending emails to the staff will name them in a sec. To say My TV it's broken inside they can't fix it or exchange but rather apply for another TV. ****ed
